BATON ROUGE, July 8, 2004 –Towne Center at Cedar Lodge – Louisiana’s first lifestyle center – will be host to P.F. Chang’s China Bistros’ first restaurant in Baton Rouge. P.F. Chang’s China Bistro will join anchor tenant Whole Foods Market®.
