HOUSTON, Jan. 17, 2005 – Houston-based Creekstone Partners has closed the first tenant in common deal utilizing a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) since the Internal Revenue Service issued Rev. Rul. 2004-84. The 280-unit Class A multi-family property – Courtney Creek – is located in Durham, N.C., and is Creekstone Partners’ first acquisition in the Raleigh-Durham market.
